![]() ![]() Part of the reasons that make the JEE a nightmare for students is the vast syllabus they have to cover and the unpredictable nature of the exam. It is designed to screen Indian high school students wishing for tertiary studies in its premier engineering institutions. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) emerged in 2013 as a replacement for the Indian Institutes of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE). The highest-ranked students in the UPSC exam often do not score more than 40%, a testament to how difficult this exam is. An interview panel determines each interviewee's suitability via intelligence, personality, and logical reasoning tests. The interview is for those that have managed to survive the rigorous objective and subjective exams.
